Stones of Judgement
i (Pete) just uncovered this recording and wanted to share it with you all.
one afternoon, post-rehersal, at the Hectic House on 1st in Chico, Cole and Barbara presented to Mike and I a new song they had written called Stones of Judgement. as Cole played the melody and outlined how he thought the bass part should follow, i thought - i have all of the recording equipment set up, we should record this! so i started the tape recorder and Cole, Barbara, Mike (on tamborine) and i laid down the very first version of this song. once done, we did an overdub guitar and vocal track, to fill it out. so enjoy! it doesn't get any fresher then this!
